OverviewPerformance Marketing/UA Manager (Gaming, b2c software)Base pay range: $4,000.00/yr - $6,500.00/yrThis range is provided by Infatica.io.Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.This role is for a data-driven and agile Performance Marketing/UA Manager to lead user acquisition for our innovative gaming software platform (Game Launcher).The core mission is to drive high-quality traffic, acquire users cost-effectively, and scale our presence in key international markets.You will sit at the intersection of growth marketing, data analysis, and product, testing hypotheses with Product Managers and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive user growth for our desktop game launcherManage end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, and TwitchRapidly launch and test campaign hypotheses, creatives, and audience targeting to identify winning combinations for scalingWork with CPA/CPI models, focusing on optimizing for key events like successful installations and user retentionImplement and analyze user event tracking, build conversion funnels, and continuously optimize the user journey to improve conversion rates and reduce churnCollaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with product goals and user propositionsAnalyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and user retentionRequirements (mandatory)Proven experience in Gaming performance marketing for B2C softwareHands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok advertising; experience with Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch is a significant plusDemonstrable success in driving traffic from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France)Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools for tracking and optimizationExperience with building and optimizing campaigns on a CPA/CPI modelA proactive, "get things done" attitude with a positive and open communication styleHigh flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to market trends and platform algorithm changesOwnership and autonomy.Leadership qualities and the ability to argue your point of view with data-driven reasoningFluent EnglishNice to haveExperience with micro-/nano-influencer marketing within the gaming nicheDeep understanding of gamer psychology and trends within gaming communities (Minecraft experience is a huge advantage)Experience in collaborations with indie game developers and small studiosExperience in affiliate or arbitrage trafficBenefitsWhat We Offer:A competitive salary package (based on your experience and location)Great opportunities to work on a cutting-edge product in the dynamic gaming industryA remote-friendly work environment/work-life balanceOwnership/freedom.A challenging role with high autonomy and a direct impact on the business growthSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Infatica.io.Get notified about new Marketing Manager jobs in Montenegro, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.#J-18808-Ljbffr
