Job Title: Tableau Cloud SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Tableau Cloud Migration Expert to lead and support the migration of our legacy BI system to Tableau Cloud.This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive innovation in data visualization.Key Responsibilities:Migrate multiple sites and bridges to Tableau Cloud within 4–6 weeksInterface directly with stakeholders to resolve access issues and troubleshoot via ServiceNowAssist with ticket resolution for non-report owners needing activation or accessContribute to automation efforts using Python and Tableau command line toolsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provisioning (Azure experience beneficial)Help reduce reliance on ticketing responsibilities by improving self-service and automationMust-Have Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience with Tableau CloudExperience with multi-site and multi-bridge Tableau environmentsStrong Tableau Desktop skillsAutomation experience (Python, Tableau CLI)Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skillsServiceNow experience for live troubleshooting and ticket resolutionBackground in help desk or solutioning environmentsNice-to-Haves:Experience with user provisioning via AzureReporting or development background (beneficial but not required)Additional Notes:This role focuses on migration and does not require engineering or development expertiseCandidates should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTableau resourcing has been a challenge – strong candidates will be prioritized quickly
