Atividades:
- Criação/Alteração de Catálogos;
- Criação/Alteração de Grupos;
- Criação/Alteração de SLAs e OLAs;
- Criação/Alteração em Assignment Rules (regras de atribuição automática de chamados para equipes responsáveis);
- Criação/Alteração de Workflows (podendo contemplar processo automatizado de aprovação e atribuição automática de chamados);
- Criação/Alteração de Painéis, Dashboards e Reports;
- Ajustes no Portal menor complexidade;
- Liberação de acesso para analistas;
- Alteração/cadastro de novas opções de campos existentes nos formulários de incidentes ou solicitações;
- Gerenciamento/Suporte as integrações existentes: Jira, IBM Maximo, Jira Inflor, Active Directory, Chat Bot, App Digital Desk, MyWizard e SAP Liberação de Crédito_Out/20);
- Dúvidas (Processos, utilização da ferramenta, etc ).
