**What you'll do as an Legal Analyst/Senior Legal Analyst at MBO
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the handling of company's contracts, including commercial contracts/agreements with customers and suppliers, intellectual property and compliance.
- Identify the legal risks of the contracts/agreements and report them to the directors.
- Review, draft, and improve MBO's standard template agreements.Coordinate and communicate task dependencies and timelines with the team.
**Requirements**:
- Licensed Attorney with the right to practice in Brazil.
- Experience with contracts/agreements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
