LocationOur Senior Product Designer will be an integral part of our Product Management team in EMEA.This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Israel, the Netherlands or Spain.We are also open to contractors in East Europe and Portugal.Who We AreDoiT is a global technology company that works with cloud-driven organizations to leverage the cloud to drive business growth and innovation.We combine data, technology, and human expertise to ensure our customers operate in a well-architected and scalable state - from planning to production.Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency.With decades of multicloud experience, we have specializations in Kubernetes, GenAI, CloudOps, and more.An award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, we work alongside more than 4,000 customers worldwide.About DoiT's PerfectScale PlatformDoiT offers PerfectScale, a pioneering Kubernetes optimization and management solution that empowers DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering teams to optimize cloud performance while minimizing costs.We combine advanced AI technology with SME-human expertise to help organizations achieve peak Kubernetes efficiency.The solution delivers a seamless onboarding experience, an intuitive UI, and a powerful autonomous optimization engine that ensures Kubernetes environments run efficiently with minimal human intervention.The OpportunityDoiT is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Digital Product Designer to join our PerfectScale by DoiT team.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on digital product experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, engaging, and user-friendly.Your primary responsibilities will include applying modern Product Design methodologies in the creation of design artifacts (flows, journeys, wires, mocks, prototypes, specs), and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life.As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in every stage of the process, from conceptualization to implementation, always with the goal of enhancing key metrics through improved user experience and engagement of our customers.ResponsibilitiesWorking with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products, using a customer-focused, iterative design processCollaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.Product Design: Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights, including but not limited to user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.Design Iteration: Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design including usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.User Advocacy: Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system utilizing the latest industry techniques and best practicesKey Qualifications5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including but not limited to Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools.Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, lo and hi-fi mockups, simple prototypes, design specifications, and related documentation.Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills;
