Business Operations Analyst/Project Coordinator

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst/Project CoordinatorThis role is designed to support our teams by tracking plans, scheduling meetings and coordinating updates with stakeholders.You will be responsible for maintaining and updating Airtable based on input from various teams, creating and managing runbooks in Confluence, and troubleshooting technical tools and applications as needed.A key part of this position involves analyzing feedback from the field and other teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment across hiring managers, technical managers and leadership.While this role is primarily remote, you must be willing to commute within 1.5 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area when required.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of professional experience1+ years of experience with AirtableStrong technical aptitude with a developer mindsetExcellent organizational and project management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldResponsibilities:Maintain and update Airtable based on input from various teamsCreate and manage runbooks in ConfluenceTroubleshoot technical tools and applications as neededAnalyze feedback from the field and other teams to implement process improvementsEnsure alignment across hiring managers, technical managers and leadershipWork Environment:This role is primarily remote, but you must be willing to commute within 1.5 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area when required.
