Netcracker Shaping the Digital FutureAs a proud subsidiary of NEC Corporation, Netcracker is a global software leader driving innovation at scale.We combine an open Agentic AI Platform with AI-Native IT Solutions to help telecommunication providers transform, innovate, and deliver results that matter.Powered by cutting-edge technology—and the passion of our people—we unlock new opportunities, spark innovation, and create better digital experiences for millions worldwide.Join us and be part of a team that is not just keeping up with the digital future—we're leading it.About the roleThe Finance Project Analyst will oversee financial performance for assigned projects, focusing on key metrics like budget consumption, invoicing, and cash flow.The role also involves managing vendor contracts, ensuring operational compliance, and escalating financial concerns.Additionally, the analyst will optimize processes, track project health, and assist with forecast, invoicing and payments.Role & ResponsibilitiesAct as a key contact for interpreting and investigating financial results for assigned projectsPrepare, reconcile, analyze, and report project KPIsReview actual and planned resources, flag discrepancies to Project ManagersHandle project closeout reconciliations and elevate issues as neededAnalyze financial and business data for assigned projects and contractsCoordinate with Project Managers on change orders, project status, resourcing, and budgetsAssist in developing regular financial status reports for projectsRecord monthly revenue for contracts and communicate estimates to clientsMonitor subcontractor and vendor contracts, acting as the contact point for external / internal resourcesAttend project meetings to support Project Managers and ensure accurate forecastingTrack overall project health, including revenues, gross profit, receivables, and project closeoutsEnsure that operational procedures are being followed by Project TeamsIdentify and work with team leads to resolve and / or elevate violations as neededValidate reports obtained from projects and ensure that the reports are provided on timeWork with project team leads and program directors on operational support needs, set up and lead project meetingsAssist with Resource plan baselinesReview and manage exceptions and elevate to stakeholders as neededProcess and distribute reports, defining tool requirementsAnalyze and monitor dashboard reports on every project created monthlyIdentify planned projects monthlyIdentify projects with Level of Effort (LOE) overage and elevate these to senior managementSchedule invoices and assist in their paymentWork with management to optimize processesRequired Experience4 or more years experience working in financial analysisSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independentlyAble to work well with othersAble to use discretion while dealing with confidential mattersAble to pay close attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)Knowledge of Project Management Standard and Great Plains system.Prior experience in project analysis and ASC 606 revenue recognition strongly preferredPrior experience in portfolio financial management and forecasting strongly preferredSignificant past experience in an administrative position with responsibility for audit and processing tasksAbility to follow business rules and procedures while analyzing and identifying errors in processes and dataReally good attention to detailFluent English speakerAvailability to work from office in hybrid modeEducationBSC in Accounting / Finance, or related fieldAll of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs) / "Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)"#J-*****-Ljbffr
