Contracting SpecialistAbout Us:· PROVE Partners, LLC, founded in **** and is based in Las Vegas Nevada., is a patient-centric personal injury claims administration and healthcare finance company that provides innovative services and financial products to injury victims, medical providers and law firms in the United States.· PROVE is primarily engaged in a fast-growing form of specialty reimbursement commonly referred to as medical lien funding that enables victims of third-party liability accidents (e.g., motor vehicle collisions) to access healthcare in their greatest time of need.· PROVE is more than a medical lien funder—we offer patients a full-suite of financial products including co-pay and deductible finance and pre-settlement loans, providers with comprehensive revenue cycle solutions including outsourced complex claims administration, and attorneys with patient concierge services and technology solutions to manage caseloads, reduce overhead and most importantly, maximize the outcome for their clients.· PROVE maintains a fortressed balance sheet, supported by a group of institutional capital partners that manage more than $16 billion in assets under management.· PROVE is backed by C9 Partners, LLC, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on making investments in US-based businesses at intersection of financial services, specialty finance, and healthcare services.Our Mission:Help Injury Victims in their greatest time of needOur Core Values:PROVE Partners wants to make an IMPACT on the lives of the patients we help, the clients we work with, and the teammates we support.· I = Innovate Daily· M = More...with Less· P = Pursue Growth and Learning· A = Accountability· C = Communication· T = TeamworkPosition OverviewThe Contracting Specialist (remote) is primarily responsible for negotiating attractive reimbursement contracts with medical providers that treat personal injury patients throughout the United States.Contracting Specialists are responsible for facilitating the contracting process from start to finish, including online research, provider due diligence, rate negotiations, contract legal language negotiation with the support of general counsel through to contract execution It is not uncommon for a Contracting Specialist to have 30+ active conversations at any given time; therefore, CSs have exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.The Contracting Specialist has exceptional (i) online research and (ii) negotiating skillsThe Contracting Specialist utilizes PROVE's internal CRM and online research tools and databases to make targeted conducting targeted phone-based outreach to medical providers that treat personal injury patients in sought after geographies and medical specialties (orthopedics, pain management, physical therapy, etc.)After identifying potential medical providers, the Contracting Specialist is responsible for (i) conducting due diligence (i.e., background checks, medical board disciplinary action, patient reviews, etc.) to ensure the medical practice meets our standards of excellence and (ii) negotiating attractive reimbursement rates using skilled negotiating techniques and quantitative reimbursement benchmarks.Additionally, as a representative of the Company that touches many prospective clients, the Contracting Specialist is expected to have exceptional customer service skills and be well versed in PROVE's products and services, raising brand awareness and identifying sales opportunitiesThe Contracting Specialist is an integral part of the sales and operations teams, interfacing daily to ensure we have medical providers to treat patients in need. Contracting Specialists report directly to the Director of Sales Operations.Ideal candidates have the following knowledge and experience:Experience in phone based rolesProfessional negotiations experience (i.e., collections background),Strong customer service skillsBasic understanding of the healthcare industry knowledge including the different types of medical specialties and facilities and medical coding / billingSkillset Qualifications:Proven track record exceeding objectives in past inside, phone-based sales rolesClear command for the english language and strong phone etiquetteExcellent time management skills and ability to work independently throughout the dayExperience using cloud-based CRMs (i.e., SalesForce, HubSpot)Strong attention to detailBachelor's degree or equivalent preferredCompensation & Benefits· Salary: $****-$**** USD per month· Paid Time Off (PTO) offered· Contract position· Employee is responsible for providing their own equipment
