About Company::Bristlecone is a supply chain and business analytics advisor, serving customers across a wide range of industries.Rated by Gartner as among the top ten system integrators in the supply chain space, we are uniquely positioned to solve contemporary business problems, with supply chain and analytics focus as our advantage.We have been a trusted partner and advisor to many leading, globally recognized companies such as Applied Materials, Exxon Mobil, Flextronics, LSI Logic, Mahindra, Motorola, Nestle, Palm, Qatar Petroleum, Ranbaxy, Unilever and Whirlpool and many others.Role Overview:Language Required- Spanish SpeakingShould be open to travel to Mexico on needed basisRole ObjectiveThe Lead Training Consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end educational lifecycle of our digital supply chain transformation.This role requires a unique individual who can not only configureSAP IBP and ePPDS modulesbut also translate complex technical processes into comprehensivetraining programsfor diverse business audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Training Strategy:Conduct comprehensiveTraining Needs Analysis (TNA)to identify skill gaps and design a global curriculum covering SAP IBP (Demand, S&OP, Response & Supply) and ePPDS.Content Development:Create high-quality, multi-format training materials including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) decks, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), video tutorials, and interactive eLearning modules.Hands-on Facilitation:Deliver engagingtraining sessionsto Super Users and End Users, utilizing real-world business scenarios in a dedicated training environment.Environment Management:Manage and maintain the SAP training landscape (Sandbox), ensuring master data is refreshed and aligned for practical hands-on labs.Post-Go-Live Support:Provide critical Hypercare support and refresher training post-deployment to ensure high system adoption and user proficiency.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Mastery:Deep functional knowledge ofSAP IBP(specificallyOrder-Based Planning) andePPDS(embedded Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) in S/4HANA.Training Expertise:Proven experience in end-to-end training delivery for large-scale SAP implementations, from curriculum design to final assessment.Process Knowledge:Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and detailed production scheduling.Communication:Exceptional ability to simplifycomplex technical conceptsfor non-technical users.Certification:SAP IBPor SCM Professional certification is highly preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Successful execution of the global training calendar within project timelines.High user adoption rates and positive training effectiveness scores.Minimal post-go-live support tickets related to "lack of knowledge" or process errors
