Objetivo da vaga:Buscamos um(a) Especialista em Product Operations com perfil consultivo, capaz de acelerar a maturidade de diferentes produtos e consolidar práticas de trabalho eficientes.Você será responsável por criar condições para que os times de produto trabalhem com processos claros, indicadores relevantes e alinhamento entre áreas, garantindo mais consistência e previsibilidade nas entregas.O que você fará:Melhorar continuamente os processos e práticas de gestão de produto, eliminando gargalos e aumentando a eficiência.Capacitar lideranças e equipes em descoberta de produto, métricas e métodos de entrega.Implantar e manter a governança de produto, incluindo priorização e acompanhamento de objetivos e indicadores.Desenvolver e conduzir capacitações (oficinas, treinamentos, mentorias) para elevar competências e padrões de trabalho.Apoiar a adoção de novos processos e métodos de forma estruturada, envolvendo todas as áreas necessárias.Criar e manter guias, modelos e manuais que sustentem boas práticas.Facilitar a comunicação e a integração entre áreas de negócio, produto, tecnologia e design.Acompanhar indicadores, coletar feedbacks e promover ajustes quando necessário.O que estamos buscando:7+ anos em produto digital, com atuação em Product Management, Product Operations, Agile Coaching ou funções correlatas, incluindo experiência na definição e evolução de processos, métricas e governança de produtos digitais.Domínio de discovery, métricas de produto, objetivos e resultados-chave (OKRs), métodos ágeis e experimentação (MVP, testes, hipóteses).Vivência em gestão de mudanças e mobilização de equipes multidisciplinares.Vivência com squads multidisciplinares de produto digital e conhecimento em métricas de produtoExperiência em empresas de grande porte e/ou empresas digitais de alta maturidade.Experiência na implantação e evolução de operações de produto em contextos complexos.Formação superior em administração, marketing, engenharia, SI ou áreas correlatas.Diferenciais para a vaga:Experiência em consultoria e atuação como consultor(a).Certificações em Product Management, Agile Coaching e Lean Product.Experiência prévia em Product Operations (ProdOps)Inglês avançado (espanhol é bônus).Benefícios:Vale Refeição/Vale Alimentação (Swile)Assistência MédicaAssistência OdontológicaVale MobilidadeSeguro de Vida em Grupo 100% subsidiado pela empresaWellhub (antigo Gympass)Convênio com o SESCParticipação em workshops da wemeModelo de trabalho:CLT - 44hrs semanais.Híbrido: 2 vezes por semana no escritório da weme em São Paulo - Próximo ao Parque Villa Lobos.
