About the Role Property Leads is a fast-growing real estate lead generation and data company.We're looking for a Paid Media Ad Copywriter who can craft high-performing copy across multiple digital channels.This role blends creative storytelling with performance marketing expertise, you'll write, test, and optimize ad copy that drives engagement and lead generation.You'll collaborate closely with the team to develop data-driven ad messaging that scales across platforms.If you love combining words, metrics, and AI tools to create ads that convert — this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesCopywriting for Performance Write and test compelling copy for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.Craft headlines, primary text, CTAs, scripts, and short-form hooks that align with each platform's audience behavior.Adapt messaging for various funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to optimize conversions.Collaborate with designers and video editors to align visuals and copy for cohesive creative execution.Creative Strategy & Optimization Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.Use data insights and feedback from the Paid Media team to refine messaging and improve outcomes.Research competitors, market trends, and ad libraries to identify new creative angles.Maintain an organized library of top-performing headlines, hooks, and frameworks.AI & Automation Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or Runway to assist in scriptwriting, ideation, and ad copy generation.Experiment with AI-driven testing to quickly iterate and scale winning copy.Collaboration & Workflow Work with the Creative, Media Buying, and Strategy teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals.Meet deadlines for consistent delivery of new ad variations.Take initiative in creative brainstorming sessions and performance reviews.Expected Outcomes Increased ad engagement and click-through rates (CTR).Improved conversion rates and reduced cost per acquisition (CPA).Faster creative testing cycles through AI and automation.Consistent production of fresh, high-performing copy variants.QualificationsRequired 3–5 years of experience writing copy for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Google).Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and how copy impacts them.Proven track record in direct response, lead generation, or performance marketing.Excellent command of English, with attention to detail and tone adaptation.Experience using AI tools to ideate or generate ad concepts and scripts.Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or lead generation industries.Familiarity with UGC-style scripting and short-form video ad copy.Basic understanding of media buying and campaign structure.Knowledge of AI-driven creative workflows (text-to-video, voiceovers, etc.).Benefits Competitive compensation100% remote work-from-anywhere environmentCollaborative, innovative culture that values data, creativity, and growth
