Account Executive (Executivo de Vendas) to accelerate Clara\'s growth in the Arts & Entertainment sector across Brazil.In this role, you'll generate and close a high volume of new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts, helping creative and digital businesses adopt Clara\'s financial and expense management solutions.This is a true hunter role—identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients in a fast-paced market.You\'ll own your pipeline end to end—from cold outreach to closing—representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy.Success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed new client acquisition and deal volume targets.Own the outbound sales motion for the Arts & Entertainment vertical, from lead sourcing to signed contractsGenerate a high volume of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, calls, and digital outreachBuild and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of new contractsEngage key decision-makers in creative, media, and entertainment companiesSet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsTrack and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed dealsMaintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRMAct as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara\'s value proposition to potential clientsWho you areWe\'re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Must havesProven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environmentStrong hunter profile with success in high-volume prospecting and deal generationExperience selling to or understanding the Arts & Entertainment, digital media, or creative industriesExcellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilitiesStrong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closingSelf-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independentlyBased in BrazilWorking proficiency in PortugueseIntermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)Nice to havesNetwork within the arts, media, or entertainment ecosystemExperience in financial services or expense management SaaSBasic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to
