Job DescriptionSide is hiring Senior Test Automation Engineer (Remote)This is a remote role.We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team.This role focuses on crafting high-quality automated tests, with an emphasis on API testing, to enhance software quality and user experience.The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation frameworks and a proactive approach to integrating testing within the development process.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust automated test frameworks primarily focused on API testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and reliability of backend services.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance deployment processes and ensure seamless test execution.Design and implement efficient testing solutions for APIs, ensuring the accuracy, performance, and stability of test scenarios across different environments.Serve as a technical expert in automation, assisting in the selection and adaptation of various testing tools and frameworks.Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that quality standards and deadlines are met.Actively communicate and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot complex issues, delivering solutions that improve product reliability and performance.RequirementsExtensive experience in software test automation (4+ years) including hands-on expertise with API testing frameworks.Proficiency in scripting with Python; Postman experience.Proven ability to lead projects and push initiatives toward completion while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues and solutions to various stakeholders.JMeter experience.Strong experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with DevOps teams to optimize processes.Experience with hardware testing is highly desirable and considered a significant advantage.A track record of innovative problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.BenefitsCompetitive remuneration.Dynamic, multicultural and fun environment.You will be working at the world's leading provider of game services.Side (formerly PTW) is a global video game development and services provider, offering technical and creative solutions to many of the largest developers and studios around the world.Founded in 2009 and drawing on 30+ years' experience from our parent company in Japan, Side has since grown to become a global force with 20 studios in 14 countries across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.Our industry-leading services include game development, art production, audio production, quality assurance, localization, localization QA, player support, community management, and datasets.Apply: #J-18808-Ljbffr
