Together, we're building a smarter future for global mobility—and we're looking for passionate, impact-driven people to join us.About the RoleWe're looking for a Marketing Analyst to support the execution and optimization of B2B and B2C marketing efforts across North America, Mexico and Central America, supporting Busbud Group's full range of solutions – including our marketplace, e-commerce platform, IMS SaaS, and more.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, an analytical mindset, and a solid grasp of digital campaign workflows and ecommerce.
You'll collaborate closely with the Regional marketing lead and Commercial teams to help manage data, support campaigns, and maintain performance tracking across multiple channels.Location: Remote, based in Mexico, Full time ContractorKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal stakeholders and assist in communication with external partners (operators, agencies, etc.)Support operational follow-up of marketing campaigns (asset coordination, scheduling, QA)Help monitor marketing campaign performance and surface insights or red flagsBuild and maintain basic marketing campaign reports (e.g., reach, clicks, conversions across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amplitude and others)Assist in executing newsletter/email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpotCompile and organize commercial data to support ongoing analysis and reportingAssist commercial teams with light data preparation (extracting account-level insights, generating client-facing summaries or visualizations) and similar ad hoc requests as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience1–2+ years experience in a marketing, or campaign ops roleComfortable creating performance reports using basic metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)Previous work with social mediaFamiliarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Looker for tracking and interpreting data and marketing insights.Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)Good organizational and project coordination skillsStrong attention to detailIntermediate to advanced level of English (written and spoken)Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working remotely with async communicationNice to HaveBasic knowledge of data analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Looker)Experience working with North American or LATAM marketsPrevious work with B2B software, travel, or mobility brandsWhy You'll Love Working HereMake an impact: Help digitize and modernize a vital part of the travel industryRemote: Work remotely with flexibility and autonomyCollaborative environment: Join a diverse, supportive team that values learning and ownershipGain exposure to meaningful projects, international clients, and cross-functional workCompetitive compensation aligned with your experience and impact
