Chief Endpoint Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Endpoint Management Lead to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our endpoint management function.This is a fully remote position requiring occasional meetings across global time zones.This role involves leading a team of skilled engineers, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring compliance with multiple security frameworks.Lead and mentor a high-performing team of endpoint engineersOversee endpoint maintenance, compliance, and securityDevelop and implement endpoint security policies and proceduresManage vendor relationships and drive innovation through technology partnershipsCollaborate with security and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignmentKey responsibilities also include:Leading incident response efforts and ensuring business continuityMonitoring endpoint health metrics and coordinating patch management cyclesCreating and maintaining documentation for endpoint standards and processesRequired skills and qualifications include:Proven experience in people management and technical leadershipHands-on experience with endpoint management platforms and toolsProficiency in managing both Windows and macOS environments at scaleDeep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration managementExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred qualifications include:Experience in cybersecurity or identity governance industriesCertifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop AdministratorBackground in implementing self-service IT solutions and automation tools
