If you are passionate about building energy's future, and want to be considered when this role becomes available, we encourage you to submit your details.QualificationsEssential Qualifications and Education:Minimum College Degree in Nursing Valid license issued by local health authority regulation 1-2 years of experience in the Nursing Field and preferable with occupational settingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsCritical-thinking skillsAppropriate and valid Training Certifications (BLS, ACLS, and other Assistant Nursing related certifications)Computer proficiency skill Commitment to providing high-quality patient care#LI-AM1ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities:Assist the nurses and physicians with daily primary patient care and in handling medical and surgical emergency casesAssist in Hygiene & Sanitation InspectionsProvide medical guidance and awareness to employees about health-related issuesInventory medical supplies and equipmentImplement company medical policies, assist in implementing health programs and employees' benefits as per HR guidelinesAnswer all incoming telephone and radio calls and other related queries in reception and information areasManage feedback and complaints from employees Demonstrate knowledge in safely using equipment and preventive maintenance proceduresProvide services courteously and respectfully concerning the cultural beliefs and needs of employeesServe as a patient advocate, providing emotional support and guidance throughout the healthcare processEducate patients and employees on disease prevention, health maintenance, and available resources, including safety administration of vaccinations/ immunizationsAdminister medications as per patient safety procedures, accepted guidance and practice, and as prescribed by the attending physicianMonitor patients' progress and response to interventions, modifying care plans as advised and requiredDocument patient medical attendance by scanning, uploading, filing medical reports and entry to electronic medical records and ensuring integrity and confidentiality of medical reports, record keeping, and administrative reportingMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staffAttend continuing education courses to keep abreast of latest evidence-based practicesClean linen regularlyMonitor vital signs and report worrying symptoms to the nurseProvide and clean bedpans as requiredHelp patients with mobility problems to move around as required
