Technical Leadership and Team ManagementAs a seasoned software engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our desktop applications using C#/.NET, WPF, and Win32.Additionally, you will lead the design, build, and deployment of Office Add-ins (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for enterprise integration, architect email client solutions with advanced features, and implement file synchronization, document import/export, and installer systems.This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship during a pivotal transformation period.You will work closely with your team to refine requirements, prioritize work, and facilitate technical discussions, architecture decisions, and cross-team collaboration.Key responsibilities include:Oversee daily operations and coordinate work across a distributed teamLead release management and escalation handling for enterprise customersConduct performance reviews, career development, and team capacity planningMentor engineers, provide coaching, and support professional growthParticipate in recruiting and hiring for desktop development and enterprise integration rolesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field7+ Years of experience working in Windows desktop development with C#/.NET (Framework and Core/5+), including hands-on work with WPF, WinForms, or Win32 APIs3+ Years of experience building Microsoft Office integrations (VSTO, COM Interop, or Office Add-ins for Word, Excel, Outlook)3+ Years of experience working with enterprise authentication systems such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and Azure Active DirectoryAdvanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients
