About the RoleTalent operations specialists play a crucial role in driving business success by streamlining candidate experiences and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.This position is responsible for managing operational steps involved in carrying talents through the selection process, including communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting non-technical assessments, coordinating availability, negotiating rates, and ensuring seamless onboarding.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Execution: Manage candidate-related operational steps, including communication, scheduling, and coordination.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by prioritizing tasks and maintaining productivity.Organization & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and operational documentation.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: 3–6 years at Operations within digital business or Talent Operations in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).Organization & Prioritization: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.Process Orientation: Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.Stakeholder Management: Skilled at partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
