Business Growth LeaderThe ideal candidate will lead the business development team, ensuring targets are met and driving a strong culture of learning.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed business development goals.Develop sales strategies and track team performance metrics.Maintain efficient operational processes and uphold best practices.Deliver consistent performance reports and insights to senior leadership.Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to strengthen the team.Option to self-source leads and work them as a seller in parallel (commission-based when deals close).Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in team management preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.Proven track record of driving team performance and meeting targets.Experience with sales tools such as Apollo (lead sourcing) and HubSpot.English fluency (C2 level).Based in Brazil and able to work fully remote.What we offer:Competitive and commission-based compensation with high earning potential.Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.A collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment.Flexible remote work and strong work-life balance.
