Talent Operations SpecialistJob Description:Manage candidate-related operational steps, including communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone.Schedule technical and client interviews, conduct non-technical interviews, and coordinate availability.Negotiate rates and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.Responsibilities:Operational Execution: Manage all candidate-related operational steps, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective time management.Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates and handoffs through shared documents, chat channels, and meetings, fostering open relationships with stakeholders.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, driving informed decision-making.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience, promoting efficiency and productivity.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks and coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring a smooth hiring process.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation, supporting informed decision-making and efficient operations.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing risk.Adaptability & Collaboration: Operate effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in Operations within a digital business or Talent Operations, People Operations, Recruiting Operations.Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
