Site Access and Control Manager - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)Join us to apply for the Site Access and Control Manager - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d) role at Tietoevry.Job DescriptionTietoevry Create is inviting talented professionals to join our project as a Site Access and Control Manager for our respected client in the telecommunications field.About The ClientArelion, a leading IP services provider, recognized for its vast global network and 100% organically grown fiber backbone.They offer dedicated internet access, IP addresses, cloud connect, ethernet services, and optical fiber solutions to sectors like financial services, government, and gaming, ensuring reliability and scalability for major brands.Established in the early ****s, Arelion, formerly Telia Carrier, has become the preferred connectivity partner for top content providers and enterprises.The network spans 70,000 km across Europe, North America, and Asia, serving over 2,300 wholesale customers in more than 125 countries.ResponsibilitiesLead Site Access Process: Ensure the process for gaining access to sites runs smoothly across all teams and locations, whether owned or leased.Share Knowledge: Provide clear information and training to help others understand how site access works.Maintain Data Accuracy: Keep all site access information in our database correct and up-to-date.Collaborate with Site Owners: Build good relationships and resolve access issues like locked gates or broken doors.Manage Portals: Oversee the online portals used by site owners to manage access.Control Access Lists: Track and update who has permanent access to each site.Handle Keys: Record the storage and distribution of physical keys.Coordinate Logistics: Ensure shipments to and from sites follow proper procedures.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in site access management, facilities administration, security coordination, or a similar role.Upper-intermediate English skills (B2 or higher), capable of clear communication in writing and speaking.Strong understanding of access control procedures, including key management and access list administration.Excellent communication skills for coordinating with site owners, internal teams, and external vendors.Ability to manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to site access and keys.Experience with online portal systems for managing access and permissions.Detail-oriented with a proven ability to identify and correct data inaccuracies.Capable of creating and delivering training or informational content related to access procedures.Problem-solving skills to address issues like blocked entries or infrastructure damage.Knowledge of logistics coordination involving shipments to and from sites.Strong organizational and time management skills, especially when managing multiple sites and stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office and workplace tools (Excel, SharePoint, ticketing systems).Ability to work independently and proactively improve access procedures and compliance.Additional InformationAt Tietoevry, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.We encourage applicants of all backgrounds, genders (m/f/d), and walks of life to join our team, fostering an inspiring workplace and driving innovation.Our commitment to openness, trust, and diversity is central to our mission to create digital futures that benefit businesses, societies, and humanity.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
