including Gmail.com, Uber.com and Twitter.com.At Escrow.com every employee directly influences, impacts and builds the business.If you are a high achiever with talent who is looking for something more than a boring job in corporate, wants to work with the best and brightest, doesn't need to be hand held and wants to be in at ground zero with a company that has a shot at being one of the biggest sites on the internet then this could be the place for you.This is a full-time role based in our Buenos Aires office (onsite).Our office is a mix of both Escrow.com and Freelancer.com staff.You'll be providing customer service and speaking with businesses from around the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and completing transactions.We are looking for a passionate individual who knows how to provide great customer support and loves contributing to clients' growth.You'll be interacting with users on a daily basis but you will also get a chance to reach out to the community, helping to onboard new users and spreading the word about our awesome platform.A go-getter attitude will be key to succeed in this exciting role.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management - Provide great customer service at all times, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests, and providing customized solutionsProduct Knowledge and Communication - Stay up-to-date with Escrow.com's products and services, educating users by effectively articulating complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical usersAccount Growth - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base, develop account growth strategies, and achieve and exceed revenue targets for assigned accountsIssue Resolution - Identify transaction blockers and assist in unblocking them, working with internal teams to resolve any problems or disputes to the satisfaction of the client.Solve issues using a variety of different mediums, including email, chat and phoneDocumentation and Compliance - Ensure and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesTurn customer service into customer acquisitionMinimum Qualifications:Exceptional English communication skills - written and verbal.Be detail oriented and process driven.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work in a fast paced dynamic environmentPossesses excellent personal and customer service abilitiesAbility to multitask efficientlyHas worked with KPIs or targetsCan work with minimal supervision and self-starterAt least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionNice-to-haves:A degree/diploma in business/marketing/communications, or any related disciplineInterest in tech and the start up communityExperience in a customer-facing sales and/or support role, particularly experience working via phone, email and chatExperience with web-based businessesBenefits:Fast-track your career growth -
