Sales Support Specialist

Our organization seeks an Operations Associate to support teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports and maintaining sales records.Key responsibilities include ensuring client records in CRM systems are updated and accurate, coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflow, performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity, responding to client inquiries professionally and escalating when necessary, tracking key metrics, generating reports and providing data-driven insights, creating sales materials for client meetings and providing ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency.We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves keeping things efficient and compliant, and enjoys collaborating across teams.Responsibilities include team support, data management, cross-department coordination, audits and compliance, client interaction, reporting and KPIs, presentation and proposal support and administrative assistance.Requirements include fluency in English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills, extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, adaptability and flexibility, experience in sales administration or operations support (preferred), ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
