CMI has expanded its footprint in 39 countries and regions.Leveraging the strong support by China Mobile, CMI is a trusted partner that provides comprehensive international information services and solutions to international enterprises, carriers and mobile users.We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Io T Solution Manager to join our São Paulo office.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Io T (Internet of Things) solutions and services development, CMP (Connectivity Management Platform) operations, and M2 M solutions with primary focus on the Brazilian market. Support global connectivity solutions portfolio review, roadmap definition, new solution planning, and daily operations. Provide support to sales and cross-functional teams for both new and existing Io T solutions in Brazil.Manage relationships with Mobile Carriers (MNO/MVNO) in Brazil, aligned with global partnership strategies. Responsible for supplier ecosystem management and for establishing stable and long-term cooperative relationships with key local and global partners supporting the Brazilian operation.Support daily Io T projects in Brazil, handling end-to-end activities including customer communication, requirements analysis, supplier coordination, solution design, quotation preparation, and service delivery.Act as the main interface between the Brazilian operation and headquarters, and with regional offices when required, to align on key industry solutions — including but not limited to Io T, 5 G and industry applications, and cloud network solutions — and to promote the localization, implementation, and replication of mature products and solutions within CMI Brazil.Requirements:Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Work experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications or IT-related industries, with solid knowledge of Planning, Control, Project Management, and Vendor Management.Professional skills: Strong knowledge of B2 B Io T / M2 M services, e SIM, CMP, and mobile network solutions. Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, and VPNs.Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.Fluent English.Mandarin Chinese is a plus.Work Model:This is an on-site position based in São Paulo, with the possibility of occasional business travel.
