###### MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop a strategic, broad view of their industry.Identify target companies and make the first contacts to schedule meetings, under the supervision of the senior team (acquisitions).Identify target industries, seek contacts with people in the industry to better understand their dynamics, and identify projects that can be developed (greenfield).Supervise the Analyst, ensuring the construction of a robust model, adequate to the thesis and with compliant assumptions.Conduct team analysis and perform more complex analyses, generating solid and consistent hypotheses that support the decision-making process.Structure the rationale of presentations, considering the team inputs and ensuring a deep storyline consistent with the analyses of both the industry and the company.Conduct the due diligence process defined by the senior team, taking responsibility for the quality and criticality of information and for the interface with the partners, ensuring accuracy and delivery within the agreed deadlines.Analyze the reports received from auditors and external partners during due diligence, bringing a critical view of the results.Support the approval process in different committees, ensuring that all information needed for decision-making has been collected and is available to the senior team.Actively participate in the discussion and elaboration of contracts (Investment Agreement, Shareholders' Agreement and MoU).Manage the most junior team by guiding them, defining steps/deliveries, and working on their technical training.Fully understand the negotiation model, and Pátria's investment stages and assumptions.###### REQUIREMENTSUndergraduate Degree concludedKnowledge in modeling finance and project financeFluent English is a must; Advanced/Fluent Spanish is an advantageSolid communication skillsStrong analytical and collaborative skillsMicrosoft Office pack fluencyLI-DNI
