We foster a culture of limitless learning and growth, offering boundless opportunities for development and mutual progress.This role involves leading the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, collaborating with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate data conversion and testing cyclesEvaluate traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defectsProvide leadership and mentorship to data team membersTrack and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issuesTo succeed in this position, you will need:At least 5 years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration pointsProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiWe offer a collaborative, diverse, and innovative work environment that encourages teamwork and provides numerous benefits, including:Professional development and constant evolution of skillsOpportunities to work on various projectsA comprehensive package of health insurance, dental plan, life insurance, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, childcare assistance, and moreWe promote an inclusive culture that values diversity and equity.
