The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and highly experienced in Meta Ads, with the ability to manage significant budgets across multiple geos and product lines.You will work closely with the Media Buy Lead and collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to scale paid media efforts efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple countries, products, and campaigns.Monitor Media Buy KPIs daily to ensure campaigns meet performance targets.Proactively recommend optimization strategies to improve overall paid media results.Share campaign performance data with other departments to help align creative teams on what's performing and what's not.Must-Have Skills & ExperienceStrong, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (mandatory).Proven e-commerce experience (mandatory).Demonstrated success running conversion-focused campaigns, not only traffic orawareness.Minimum 2+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.Proven ability to manage $200,000+ in monthly ad spend in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of paid media metrics, data interpretation, and optimization logic.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with NorthbeamExperience running campaigns on:Google AdsTikTok AdsAppLovin AdsFamiliarity with creative strategy and rapid testing methodologies.Soft Skills & Culture FitHighly collaborativeResults-oriented and performance-drivenStrong analytical and data-oriented mindsetFast executor with the ability to handle quick turnaroundsOrganized, detail-oriented, and committed to personal growth
