We are seeking a Paid Search Marketer to support our paid search efforts on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms to drive engagement and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement paid search campaigns that align with business goalsConduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategySet up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing AdsCraft compelling ad copy designed to drive clicks and conversionsManage daily and monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiencyPrepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimizationImplement A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing pagesQualifications3+ years of experience managing paid search campaignsDeep understanding of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Bing AdsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsExcellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creationKnowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniquesFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)Full-time stable roleHealth insurance10 PTO holidaysWi-Fi stipendFully remoteThis is a talent pool opening for future consideration.If you don't see a position that fits your skills in our current openings, we'd still love to hear from you.
