We deliver a world-class service to our customers, allowing them to focus on what matters most.Manage all country specific tax actions that must be completed in country for legal or compliance reasons and provide coordination/support within the immigration function.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal and Tax Compliance:Complete local legal requirements related to tax support, including documentation, signatures, and adherence to local government tool usage and Certificate of Coverage (COC) processes.Ensure all in-country tax actions are completed to meet legal and compliance standards.Immigration Function CoordinationProvide comprehensive support within the tax function to facilitate international assignments.Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to manage responsibilities across markets/MUs and designated locations.Global CollaborationWork with stakeholders in multiple countries to manage in-market and destination-specific requirements effectively.Support process alignment and consistency across regions while addressing unique local needs.QualificationsMust haveStrong written & verbal communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint & ExcelExcellent attention to detailAbility to simplify complex themesProven teaming skills and ability to work with large and complex global teamsStrong Stakeholder ManagementExperience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global levelOutstanding communication skillsKnowledge of the Travel Industry, desiredKnowledge of Mobility processes, desiredKnowledge of tax and/or accounting matters, desiredAdvanced level of English is required.
