Desenvolvimento de dashboards e relatórios personalizados para diferentes stakeholders. Implementação e gestão de ferramentas de HR Tech, garantindo a integração e o uso eficiente. Colaboração com as áreas de RH para otimizar processos e tomar decisões baseadas em dados. Realização de treinamentos e suporte técnico para usuários das ferramentas de HR Tech. Requisitos ; Experiência comprovada em análise de dados de RH e Business Intelligence. Conhecimento em gestão de projetos de tecnologia. Proficiência em ferramentas de visualização de dados como Tableau ou Power BI. Inglês Fluente e Espanhol Intermediário. Conhecimento em ferramentas de HR Tech como Workday, SuccessFactors ou similares. Habilidades ; Visão analítica e capacidade de transformar dados em insights acionáveis. Habilidade de comunicação e apresentação para diferentes públicos. Conhecimento em modelagem de dados e técnicas estatísticas. Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com diferentes áreas. Inglês Fluente.
