About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Representative to help expand our client base and strengthen strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with confidence, and knows how to open doors, build relationships, and turn conversations into long-term business opportunities.This is a client-facing role that blends strategy, relationship-building, and execution. You'll work with both B2B and B2C prospects, represent the brand with professionalism and charisma, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, research, and qualify new business opportunities across B2B and B2C marketsConduct outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking opportunitiesLead discovery conversations to understand client needs, challenges, and goalsPresent products or services clearly and persuasively, tailoring messaging to different audiencesBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and stakeholdersManage the full early sales cycle, from first contact to handoff or close (depending on structure)Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and forecasts in CRM toolsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategiesRepresent the company at events, meetings, and industry opportunities when neededStay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer behaviorRequirements & QualificationsProven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar roleStrong background working with B2B and/or B2C sales cyclesExcellent spoken and written English (near-native or fluent)Confident communicator with strong negotiation and persuasion skillsCharismatic, professional, and comfortable engaging with decision-makersExperience conducting discovery calls and qualifying leadsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable with CRM tools and modern sales platformsWillingness and ability to travel when requiredStrong business acumen and a results-oriented mindsetNice to HaveExperience working with international clients or distributed teamsBackground in tech, services, SaaS, or professional servicesFamiliarity with outbound sales frameworks and prospecting strategiesExperience attending or representing companies at conferences or eventsWhat We're Looking For in This PersonCurious, proactive, and growth-orientedComfortable initiating conversations and handling objectionsAdaptable and able to adjust communication style to different cultures and audiencesResilient, organized, and motivated by resultsProfessional presence with a human, relationship-first approach
