With over 1,000 team members around the world, Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journeyKnow more: Keeta WebsiteLocation: 100% on site - Vila Olimpia, SPPlease, submit your CV in English.Responsibilities:Support media operations within the Marketing team, ensuring organization and accuracy of information;Monitor digital and offline branding campaigns with a focus on performance and effectiveness indicatorsConsolidate and update investment and performance reports;Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to track schedules, deliverables, and approvals;Assist in building and reviewing media plans;Support administrative and operational routines related to media (contracts, payments, tracking of insertions and materials).Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;Previous experience supporting media operations or campaigns;Advanced English to work with a global team;Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.Nice to have:Experience working with agencies and media partners;Basic understanding of budget control and vendor management;Familiarity with brand performance and efficiency metrics (GRP, reach, frequency, coverage, CPM, share of voice, etc.);Experience measuring app results (attribution, tracking, or MMPs such as Adjust or Appsflyer).
