Join our teamJOB SUMMARYWe are looking for a Enterprise Sales Executive for our contracts with global and multinational companies. This person will be responsible for the entire sales funnel, acting as a hunter of potential enterprise clients.RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop an annual business plan, determining sales targets and actions to achieve the established quota;achieve and exceed the quota through the assigned portfolio;- Produce a 120-Day Prospect Report, which identifies potential companies and actions for closing contracts;Ensure management, planning, and constant feedback regarding the client portfolio;Identify customer dissatisfaction with existing products and services and execute action plans to resolve problems and retain clients;Generate sales to new and existing clients while ensuring high satisfaction.REQUIREMENTS:Senior experience as a sales hunter in the IT industry;Advanced or fluent English;Experience withcold calling;Experience with complex sales and sales cycles of at least 3 months for Enterprise clientsCompleted higher educationThe work model adopted by ADP is hybrid, with 3 days of work in the office and 2 days working from home.*Considering that the activities performed by those holding this position involve access to highly confidential and sensitive information of ADP clients and their respective employees, ADP reserves the right to conduct background checks from time to time, as authorized by the Repetitive Appeal Incident No. 01 of the Superior Labor Court, with the consent of the candidate/employee.
