We're Hiring Account Manager (Corporate Management Services) – Brazil (On site)Corporate Administrator | Company Management ServicesAmicorp Group is expanding our team in Brazil, and we are looking for an experiencedAccount Manager (Corporate Administrator)to join our Corporate Management Services division.If you enjoy working with international clients, managing complex corporate structures, and acting as a trusted advisor on legal, administrative, and corporate governance matters — this opportunity is for you.About the RoleAs a Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their legal and corporate structures remain fully compliant and in good standing. You will guide clients on regulatory, fiscal, and administrative matters while supporting the growth of the business through exceptional service and relationship building.You will be responsible for:Managing and administering companies, partnerships, and trustsStructuring and maintaining corporate entities for clientsProviding guidance on corporate governance, regulations, and fiscal opportunitiesReviewing and preparing corporate documents: minutes, proxies, registers, resolutionsCoordinating with internal teams (Accounting, Compliance, Legal)Ensuring timely and accurate billing through MaconomyMonitoring financial targets, chargeability, and productivityEnsuring KYC compliance and meeting communication KPIsActing as a trusted advisor and building long-term client relationshipsSupporting business development through client referrals and portfolio growthThis is a client-facing, revenue-generating role for someone who enjoys ownership, responsibility, and building meaningful professional relationships.What We're Looking ForRequired qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax, or related areasExperience with foreign structures inBVI or Cayman4 years of experience in corporate services, financial services, or corporate governanceStrong knowledge of corporate structures, regulatory requirements, and complianceExperience with director/shareholder changesFluent English; additional languages are a plusStrong communication and client relationship skillsCommercial mindset and target-driven approachAbility to work independently and handle a full portfolioHands-on, proactive, organized, and detail-orientedWhy Join Amicorp?At Amicorp, you will be part of a global organization with a local, dynamic team environment.
