Partnering with 7-8 figure businesses, Step Labs focuses on research-driven split tests to foster sustainable and efficient scaling.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a User Experience Researcher. The User Experience Researcher will conduct user research, apply design thinking methodologies, and employ analytical strategies to improve user interaction with digital platforms. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, design solutions, and influence the development of user-centered designs.QualificationsProficiency in User Research and UX Research to gather, analyze, and interpret data for actionable insightsIn-depth understanding of Human-Computer Interaction principles for enhancing user interface and experienceStrong Design Thinking capabilities for developing innovative, problem-solving approachesAdvanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and pattern recognitionExceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearlyAdaptability to thrive in a remote work environment and collaborate with diverse teamsExperience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Webflow is a plusBachelor's or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field is preferredFluent in English - this is a key requirementExperience with Microsoft Clarity, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, Heatmaps & Screen Recordings
