We enable businesses tocommunicate reliably with their customers worldwide through innovative messaging services.Role and Responsibilities:• Client Acquisition - Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned markets.Engage with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and networking to drive salesgrowth• Attend regional messaging events• Onboard local aggregators in the region• Should have understanding around bilateral deals in A2P• Account Management - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existingclients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customersatisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling the companies products andservices• Negotiation & Closing - Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.Ensure seamless transitions from sales to the implementation team, ensuring clientexpectations are set and met• Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customersuccess to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Provide feedback on market trends,client feedback, and competitive intelligence to help shape the company's offerings• Reporting & Analysis - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customerinteractions, and opportunities in CRM tools. Provide regular updates to leadership on salesperformance, forecasts, and key metricsQualifications and Skills:• Minimum 3+ years of experience in A2P messaging, telecom, or a closely related industry• Proven track record in business development or key account management within internationalor Latin American markets• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills• Strong understanding of the iGaming landscape in Brazil is a plus• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams• Willingness to travel across Brazil and Latin America as neededPreferred Qualifications:• Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is essential, and knowledge of Spanish or otherlanguages in Latin America is a strong advantage.• Familiarity with CRM systems and data driven sales processes• Experience working with international or global clients in a fast paced, target drivenenvironment
