Join our team as a MS Purview Data Security Engineer – Email Security. We're searching for someone who has fresh ideas and a unique viewpoint, and who enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences for every interaction.Required Technical Skills:BS in Computer Science, Information Security or related field of study, or equivalent work experienceCandidate must have a strong background in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, or Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions in an enterprise environment for insider risk management.3–5+ years of experience in Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, or Microsoft Security & Compliance solutions.Proven track record in data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk management, and information governance.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (Insider Risk Management, DLP, Auto Labeling)Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview components including:Insider Risk Management: Policy creation, tuning, and lifecycle management.DLP: Custom Sensitive Info Types, policy configuration, testing, and deployment.Auto Labeling: Understanding of trainable classifiers, sensitivity labels, and label policies.Reporting: Familiarity with Purview reporting tools, KQL queries, and Power BI integration.Experience with policy implementation, testing, and maintenance in Microsoft 365 environments·Familiarity with change management systems and processes.Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.Experience using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or other change/request management systems.Ability to analyze alerts and reporting data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesProficient in analyzing misclassification issues and user requests related to auto labelingDeep understanding of data classification, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft 365 Defender.Primary Duties:Implement new and updates to Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management policiesImplement, test, and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP Sensitive Info Type custom classifiersImplement, test, and maintain Microsoft Purview DLP policiesPerform analysis of user requests associated to Microsoft Purview Auto Labeling data misclassification classificationGenerate and maintain Auto labeling reportingAnalyze Microsoft Purview DLP alerts to proactively identify opportunities for improvementsProcess change request within the change management systemEscalate and work with Vendor on service-related issues and incidentsWe offer:Contractor Scheme as a PJ .Full time Job. - 2 months project.100% Remote.2-month project (can extend it if the client needs).Don't hesitate and share your updated resume in English with us so we can review it and have the pleasure to discuss it in more detail.
