Human Resources Business Partner The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. Responsibilities Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention. Provide advisory regarding legal standards in Brazil. Daily management of employees. Act as main point of contact for HR matters in Brazil. Assist management in conflict resolution and employee relations. Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company. Onboard new employees and manage benefits. Prepare several reports for overtime and other allowances to be processed by the Payroll team. Propose team building, DEI, wellness and leadership development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 6 - 8 years of experience in HR or related field Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills Proficient in in English (advanced level / C1) is required. Spanish language is a plus.
