About the role: As Americas HR Lead (North America and LATAM) you will partner with the respective leaders to develop people strategy that is aligned to both the business and the Versuni People strategy. To accomplish this, you will facilitate and champion adoption of annual People programs including performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, workforce planning in addition to targeted programs that you create for your business groups that help them achieve and exceed their business strategy. You will also consult to leadership on organizational design and structure, serve as change leader and management coaching. You will build trusted adviser relationships across your organization and be the point of contact for strategic consultation for the functional areas: employee relations, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. The impact you'll make Shapes and drives talent management programs that are aligned with the overall People strategy while targeting the specific talent needs of the market/functions. Leads the building the talent pipeline for future leaders, manages succession management process and follow-on action planning for the region Americas, covering Sales & Marketing as well as Operations ( Supply Chain, Manufacturing). Lead the quarterly workforce planning (WP) process in collaboration with internal stakeholders ranging from the business Total FTE base (400 FTE). Act as a driver for strategic support on all HR-related initiatives and operational efficiencies and participate/lead projects or process improvement initiatives. Serve as change leader/coach to ensure support for implementation occurs. Deliver high quality, timely and cost-effective people services to the business/market/function. Responsible for building HR capability that embodies our culture across the region. Represents the region in the HR leadership team. Ensure the country HR teams are organized consistently, optimized and have the capability to execute the business, market, function and people strategy within the regional HR teams. Coach, develop and manage the performance and build the capability of the HR talent in your team (5 director reports). Manage the budget of the region in partnership with the COEs. Provide regional input/ feedback into the design of global policies and programs; highlight specific regional requirements to the COEs; deploy within the region. In the lead with labor authorities, Trade Unions and Works Councils supported by local HRM where relevant. Proactively analyze and identify complex people issues, data, and trends to drive change. Recommend appropriate actions. Perform organizational effectiveness analysis and utilize that data to drive change. Ability to communicate with conviction, clearly and effectively with proven listening skills. Ability to lead and facilitate crucial conversations a must. Ability to manage confidential information and act with integrity and discretion. The skills and knowledge you'll bring: Expressive HR experience with a blend of business partnering and talent management/development focus, including organizational design/effectiveness, team building, performance management, career coaching and leadership development. Bachelor's degree required, complemented by an MBA or a related postgraduate degree. Global experience desired; Consumer products industry highly preferred but not required. Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for both self and team to meet business requirements and deadlines. Full professional proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish will be considered a differential. Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
