- Develop and maintain close relationships with sellers
- Follow-up and deal with merchants' complaints or issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field, coupled with at least 3 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce industry and client management would be added advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English or Portuguese
