Description:-

What does a crew member do?

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience

• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals

• Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food

• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun

• Keep the restaurant Clean and look fantastic (mop + broom + dusting and other cleaning activities as per requirement)

All you'll need is an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment. We'll teach you the rest.

Minimum criteria:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member at McDonald's.

• You must be 12th pass.

Salary: Salary Wages paid per hour (Max hours 208 in a month) above of 208 hours OT will be paid. Salary per hour rate varies from state to state

Leave/ Holiday: as per state shop and establishment act

Hiring process: 1 round of interview with the Restaurant Manager, followed by an OJE and if found fit they are hired.

Career development path for crew: They join as crew, based on performance then get promoted to crew trainer, floor Manager, 2nd Assistant, 1st Assistant and the Restaurant Manager. This is at the Restaurant Level
