Essential Job Functions
- Assist in filling out control spreadsheets;
- Assist in processing purchase orders, cross-checking with customer's Purchase Order;
- Assist in contacting suppliers to confirm delivery schedules;
- Monitor contractual deadlines.
Other Skills & Abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Must have excellent client service skills, responding promptly and professionally to client needs and requests for service and assistance;
- Basic computer skills.
Education and Experience
- Studying at High School.
