Responsibilities Evaluate datasets: Analyze datasets for demographic representation and potential biases. Assess model outputs: Test algorithms for disparate impact and unfair outcomes. Recommend mitigation strategies: Develop approaches such as reweighting, bias-aware training, and fairness constraints. Collaborate with ethicists and engineers: Work with AI Ethics Researchers and engineers to implement improvements. Qualifications Degree in statistics, sociology, or related field. Knowledge of fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques. Strong analytical and communication skills.
