Remote – Latin America (LATAM) Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
• Develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Build REST/SOAP integrations and automate workflows using Flow Designer.
• Configure ITSM modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades, and improve platform performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and ITSM.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: Experience with ITOM, Discovery, SecOps, CSDM, OAuth 2.0, PowerShell, or AWS.
