• Define and lead the AI-driven cybersecurity architecture strategy for threat detection, threat hunting, and incident response.
• Design and implement AI/ML-based security solutions to identify malicious activities, anomalies, and emerging cyber threats.
• Develop security architectures that integrate AI capabilities with SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
• Lead the design of predictive threat analytics and behavioral analytics solutions to proactively identify security risks.
• Establish AI governance, security controls, and ethical guidelines for the deployment of AI technologies within cybersecurity environments.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Engineering teams to operationalize AI-powered threat detection capabilities.
• Drive the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies into cyber defense and incident response processes.
• Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and risk assessments for AI-enabled security platforms.
• Design and implement automated threat response and remediation frameworks utilizing AI technologies.
• Evaluate and select AI security tools, models, and platforms to improve detection accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Enhance security capabilities through User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA), anomaly detection, and predictive risk scoring.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and AI advancements to continuously improve security defenses.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to security engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Communicate AI security strategy, risks, and recommendations to executives and business leaders. Business Impact

É fundamental experiência na liderança de iniciativas de transformação de segurança, colaboração com equipes multidisciplinares de Data Science, Security Engineering e SOC, além de forte capacidade de comunicação com stakeholders e executivos. Também é esperado entendimento de AI Governance, Responsible AI, gestão de riscos e habilidade para traduzir conceitos complexos de segurança e inteligência artificial em resultados de negócio.
