• Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments (scale-ups, fintechs, tech, or hyper-growth e-commerce/multinational environments).
• Deep understanding of the full accounting cycle (Record-to-Report / R2R), accelerated month-end close routines, automated reconciliations, and tax compliance requirements.
• Hands-on leadership in end-to-end implementation, integration, and evolution of enterprise systems, specifically Tier-1 ERPs (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite) and EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Hyperion).
• Solid knowledge of connecting financial platforms via APIs, webhooks, and relational databases (SQL), along with expertise in automating manual tasks using RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Low-Code/No-Code platforms, or AI applications.
• Capability to define and measure operational KPIs (e.g., Cycle Time to Close, Automation Rate, Cost per Transaction) using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to design bulletproof, scalable processes that handle exponential volume growth without relying on linear headcount expansion.
