Senior Full-Stack Web Developer About Kastrup Operations Kastrup Operations is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team on a fully remote basis. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance web applications, contributing directly to the company’s digital infrastructure and technology strategy. This is a hands-on senior role requiring technical autonomy, ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and advanced English communication.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-performance web applications.
* Build responsive, accessible, and user-focused front-end interfaces.
* Develop scalable back-end applications, APIs, and integrations.
* Integrate applications with databases and third-party services.
* Participate in software architecture and technical decision-making.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure high development standards.
* Identify and resolve bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks.
* Implement automated testing and quality assurance practices.
* Work with version control, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
* Collaborate with Product, Design, and business teams to transform requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Continuously improve application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer or equivalent senior software engineering role.
* Strong experience in both front-end and back-end development.
* Solid knowledge of modern web development, software architecture, and engineering best practices.
* Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating external services.
* Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
* Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
* Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, usability, and web performance.
* Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
* Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
* Strong understanding of web application security.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical decisions.
* Excellent communication skills in a remote environment.
* Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or comparable technologies.
* Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Experience with Docker and containerization.
* Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent databases.
* Experience with system architecture, scalability, caching, queues, and distributed systems.
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization.
* Previous experience working with international teams or English-speaking environments.
