For our location in São Paulo, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d)
- Latin America (1-year fixed-term contract, renewable up to 2 years) who embodies what all our employees have in common: always going one step further. Your
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end post-merger integration initiatives across Latin America, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of acquired businesses
• Develop and execute comprehensive integration plans, including milestones, governance frameworks, and performance monitoring
• Coordinate cross-functional integration workstreams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Commercial, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance
• Drive the realization of integration objectives, synergies, and value creation targets while supporting business continuity throughout transition periods
• Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and challenges
• Lead strategic regional projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, KPIs, and success metrics to track performance and progress
• Prepare and facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and management presentations
• Develop and implement change management and communication strategies to support the integration of teams, processes, systems, and cultures
• Act as a key liaison between Latin America leadership teams and global headquarters, fostering alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure engagement across local, regional, and global functions
• Monitor integration performance, track synergy realization, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and capture best practices for future integration projects Your Expertise:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage
• 7-10 years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, Management Consulting, M&A Integration, or a comparable environment
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects within multinational organizations, ideally including post-merger integration initiatives
• Experience working across different countries and cultures within Latin America; exposure to logistics, transportation, supply chain, industrial, chemical, or B2B environments is a plus
• Strong expertise in project and program management, including familiarity with PMI, PMO, Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies
• Excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to evaluate business cases, monitor synergies, and drive value creation
• Strong leadership capabilities, including stakeholder management, change leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing without direct authority
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive level and across diverse cultural environments
• Fluent English and Portuguese are required; Spanish and additional languages are considered an asset
