About The Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need practitioners who know GRC from the inside out. As a GRC Analyst, your real-world experience with compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and security controls will directly shape how AI systems reason about these critical domains. This isn't a traditional compliance role. You'll be working at the intersection of your professional expertise and cutting-edge AI development — reviewing scenarios, evaluating AI outputs, and helping create the high-quality datasets that frontier models are trained on. Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy and completeness Evaluate AI-generated compliance scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics Provide structured, precise written feedback that directly influences AI model quality Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management Solid familiarity with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar Comfortable reading and interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control documentation Detail-oriented with strong written reasoning skills Able to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI training workflows Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk management Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP Why Join Us Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top-tier research teams Fully remote and flexible — set your own hours and workload Freelance autonomy with the backing of a globally collaborative platform Meaningful work that puts your professional expertise to use in a new and impactful way Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as projects grow
