About the role
We are looking for an APM Partnerships Manager: a hybrid commercial, relationship, and product-facing role at the heart of our payment ecosystem. This is not a pure sale nor a pure product role. You will need to understand both sides: the commercial dynamics of APM partnerships and the product implications of each integration, ensuring a first-class end to end relationship managementcycle. This person will be responsible for our APM network covering Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador. The ideal candidate comes with a book of contacts across the LATAM APM landscape and a track record of turning those relationships into live, revenue-generating integration. Must have

Experience:
5 to 7 years of experience in a Partnerships, Business Development or Product Partnerships role in the payments industry. Profiles with experience asbanking relationship managers could be a potential fit. Direct experience developing commercial partnerships with payment providers, banks, wallets, acquirers,PSPs or other local payment-method providers in LATAM. Proventrack recordof negotiating and closing APM partnership agreements — not just managing existing ones. Experience coordinating APM integrations with technical teams (understanding of APIs, payment flows, reconciliation, and settlement). Deep knowledge of the LATAM payment landscape: local rails, regulatory frameworks, wallets,QR, banktransfers,and real-time payment schemes by country. Skills & Attributes: Comfortable operating in a hybrid commercial-product role (however, relationship and commeercial skills would be the primary focus, before the product experience). Highly autonomous and self-driven: this is an IC role with no direct reports. Execellent organizational skills, able to ensure a first class managent cycle. Native or fluent in English and Spanish. Intermediate Portuguese (written and spoken) would be a big plus. Job

Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and close commercial agreements with APM providers across Latin America (wallets, local bank transfers, cash networks, real-time payment schemes,Pix, QR code, bank transfers, or cards). Leverage existing relationships with key players in the LATAM APM ecosystem to fast-track integration pipeline, owning the full partnership lifecycle Product & Integration Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between APM partners and PayRetailers' internal Product and Engineering teams. Continuously evaluate the APM portfolio —identifying gaps, deprecating underperforming methods, and prioritising new integrations based on merchant demand and market trends. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor the LATAM APM landscape: new entrants, regulatory changes, volume trends, and competitor APM portfolios. Provide strategic input on APMprioritisationby geography, vertical, and merchant segment.
